China dishes are surely items to be admired for their physical beauty, but perhaps you wouldn't expect to be appreciating them from beneath them. The Taiwan Noodle House in Beijing has been set up so that this is precisely the angle at which you'll observe half of the crockery in circulation. The other half sits upright on the tables before you.

This is the restaurant's second location that Golucci International Design has done up. The creative team outfitted it with lovely walls of pale wood veneers that match the soft material that composes the dining tables and the cabinets.

Of course, the really impressive coordination scheme at play in the Taiwan Noodle House is the mirroring of the elegant blue-painted white porcelain bowls that suspend from the ceiling above their brimming counterparts below.
