Human-Mimicking Machines

The T-Mobile Ad Campaign Asks You to 'Let Your Machines Communicate'

The T-Mobile ad campaign looks strangely familiar. Perhaps it is because I just wrote about a photoblog site that had a post entitled 'Unintentional Faces in Objects,' with images just like the ones you see before you now. Considering what a clever and cute concept it is, it is no surprise that someone has decided to try to capitalize on it.

Conceived by Amsterdam-based ad agency Publicis, the T-Mobile ad campaign not only encourages you to 'Let your machines communicate,' as its tagline puts it, it also inspires and encourages you to look at your surroundings with fresh eyes. You never know what you might see. Considering that machines are such a huge part of our lives now, it's about time we treat them that way.
