Story mfg. Emphasizes Sustainability in Its "ROOTS" Installment

London-based brand Story mfg. recently announced its new "ROOTS" capsule launch—essentially, it is an example of contemporary sustainable back-to-basics fashion. The brand's "ROOTS" project is "known for dying its garments with fruits, bark, leaves, and microorganisms." The silhouettes, on the other hand, are kept paired back with minimal branding. While the new installment "welcomes more of the same," Story mfg. also emphasizes material use. Each garment in the sustainable back-to-basics fashion is made with sustainably dyed cotton-linen. While this ensures more ecological manufacturing practices, the silhouettes also achieve a high sense of comfort and a timeless look.

Many of the garments in the "ROOTS" capsule are available in a variety of colorways. Some of the clothing is also intended to be worn as a set.
