The Surveillance Chandelier Looks Like it Impedes Personal Privacy

Although the Surveillance Chandelier may look like it threatens people's right to privacy, it doesn't actually record anything. Instead, the Surveillance Chandelier is a unique light fixture made up of five or six security cameras that have been gutted in order to fit in light bulbs.

Designed by Stockholm-based studio Humans Since 1982, the Surveillance Chandelier is a continuation to their original Surveillance light created back in 2008, which took the form of a floor lamp. Although the Spoticam by Antrepo did wall-mount their security camera light design, the Surveillance Chandelier takes it one step further.

Made out of powder coated-aluminum, the Surveillance Chandelier is available for purchase at Victor Hunt in Brussels and Phillips de Pury in London.
