Stuzzi Hot Sauce Blends Fresh and Dried Peppers, Vinegar & Salt

Stuzzi stems from the Italian word "stuzzicare," meaning to stimulate, excite or tease, and its hot sauce lives up to its name with bold, savory and complex flavors. This hot sauce blends fresh and dried peppers and does so elegantly and simply with just three ingredients: chilies, vinegar and salt.

Stuzzi is the latest launch from Casa Komos Brands Group, maker of ultra-luxury, highly rated Tequila Komos. "We love spice! Coming from Singapore, where most dishes are served with a spicy condiment of some sort, I really appreciate how the right amount of heat can add another dimension to a dish," says co-founder Ethel Hoon. "We saw a gap in the type of sauces in the market, so we created Stuzzi with a clear vision—to create a hot sauce that is not only ‘honest’ (no added preservatives, colorings, or flavoring agents), but one that is truly focused on flavor."
