Hellmann's Created a Menu with Commonly Wasted Food

At the upcoming British Street Food Awards, Hellmann's will have its own pop-up street food truck that will be serving menu items with a spotlight on reducing food waste. At the pop-up, people will be able to stop by and get a taste for the top 10 most commonly wasted food items in the UK, including carrots, potatoes, bread and more.

Some of the delectable dishes on the menu crafted by mayonnaise brand Hellmann's include cheddar bites in homemade breadcrumbs and Hellmann’s Tabasco Mayo and even a vegan potato gnocchi with rocket pesto that's paired with the brand's eggless Vegan Mayo.

As part of its efforts to bring awareness to food waste, Hellmann's will be donating to the food-redistribution project 8th Plate.
