Taking street cuisine and giving it a distinctly Californian twist, the NoMad Truck serves up healthy food choices that are comforting and fresh. Offering favorite lunchtime foods such as burgers but with a healthy focus, the NoMad Truck packs a number of healthful ingredients with more upscale flavors in order to create something familiar yet unexpected.

Aside from offering healthy takes on street cuisine, the NoMad Truck also serves up sweet treats and desserts including milk & honey soft serve. Those looking for something more indulgent for a lunchtime meal won't be disappointed with indulgences such as a bacon-wrapped hot dog that's served with French fries.

Launched in the fall in Los Angeles, the NoMad Truck comes as one of the latest ventures from chef Daniel Humm who is the co-owner of The NoMad in New York City.
