Assassin's Creed to Implement SteelSeries Sentry to Control the Game's Camera

First there was gesture- and motion-controls and now one video game is implementing the SteelSeries Sentry system to allow players to control the game with their eyes. More specifically, they will be able to control the camera. An input that is meant to be complementary to the mouse and keyboard, SteelSeries Sentry will make the characters look at a particular point when the player looks there.

Giving the game a virtual reality feel, Corneliu Vasiliu, a producer at Ubisoft's Kiev studio, says, "Eye tracking is such a natural way to interact with a game and creates tons of potential opportunities for gameplay immersion." Sophisticated and highly interactive, the SteelSeries Sentry system opens up the opportunities for more developments.
