Nostalgic Caramel Ice Creams

Ben & Jerry's Created a Special Stash Dessert Inspired by a 90s Song

In 1997, Ben & Jerry’s and Vermont-based band Phish launched Phish Food as a classic flavor with a special show and ice cream celebration—now, Ben & Jerry's and Phish are working together once again to add to the ice cream brand's Special Stash collection.

The newest collaborative ice cream goes by the name 'It's Ice ... Cream,' and references the nostalgic 1991 song 'It’s Ice.' As a part of Ben & Jerry's Special Stash collection, the ice cream can only be found through the brand's scoop shops, the Ben & Jerry's website and select retail partners.

The decadent new flavor builds off of a caramel malt ice cream base with almond toffee pieces, fudge fish and a caramel swirl. Best of all, a portion of all proceeds will help to support The WaterWheel Foundation.
