Australian architecture and design Fearns studio has managed to expand a folded South Durras House. The 80s building is located on the South East coast of Australia. With a surrounding bush, the home was placed in an irregular geometry shape. Featuring one single floor-to-roof door raises modern living to another level. The irregularity is seen clearly as one roof is raised in a different way than the other, with extremely angular lines that end as the roof on the far end angles downwards towards the ground.
The interior features expansive lounge areas and living space that accommodate and offer views of the postcard-like surrounding landscape; in the lower levels are storage units that also lead to an adjoining deck with a kitchen and an island.
