These New Smart Water Monitors from Kohler and Phyn are Advanced

These smart water monitors have been developed by Kohler in collaboration with Phyn as a connected solution for the home that will provide homeowners with the ability to keep a closer eye on their water usage and more.

The water monitors one in the form of the DIY H2Wise and the H2Wise+ Pro, which work by being positioned onto a water line at the meter to continuously monitor the flow and consumption of water. The smart system will learn from the user's habits and detect for leaks on a continuous basis to prevent it from causing avoidable damage to the home.

The Kohler x Phyn smart water monitors are priced at $400 for the H2Wise and around $667 for the H2Wise+ Pro.
