Simon Jansen's record player is really an amazing piece of steampunk creation. Specially built to play a Sex Pistols LP, Jansen's steampunk record player is made completely from junk.

The boiler of the record player is made from a copper water pipe, while the bespoke platter and base consist of wood. The Arduino-controlled steampunk turntable also contains an analog meter to display the speed. According to Simon Jansen, the record player needs a bit more work in order to work well with software.
