If asked what to do with a bunch of unused shipping containers, making a student dorm out of it would probably be one of the last things on many people’s minds. Turns out when you think outside the box (or in this case inside of it) you can come up with some inspired architecture.
The shipping container estate, named Mill Junction, is absolutely enormous and houses a large quantity of suites and other accommodations. The large estate fits 375 individual suites, as well as other sites that students would want and need. These include a library, a computer room and lounges.
There will be three options for rooms varying on price like many other student accommodations. These different levels include a single room, double room for sharing with a roommate or a premium single room.
