The Shetland Stool is a playful seating that appears to be inspired by a saddle. From the rounded shape to the layered materials, people couldn't be held accountable if as soon as they sat down one of their arms went unbidden above their head and a few 'hee-haws' escaped from their mouths. The curve at the base of the Shetland Stool also encourages a rocking motion that will really emphasize the horse-riding fantasy.
Designed by office furniture giants Haworth, the Shetland Stool is part of the latest Haworth Collection. Available in two versions, a fun rocker or more static bench, the Shetland Stool will add an adventurous touch to any workspace. It comes in either a wood plyform with a walnut veneer or white painted plyform.
