Canada'S Laval University Students are Winners of Shell Eco Marathon Americas

The Shell Eco Marathon Americas, which took place on March 27, 2010, attracted 42 teams from 9 high schools and 28 Universities across America. The race consisted of two categories--Prototype and Urban Concept. Competitors were allowed to use alternative energy sources like hydrogen, biomass and solar energy.

Students from Laval University, Canada, who won last year's challenge, were the winners of this year's Shell Eco Marathon Americas.
