California Pizza Kitchen's New Offerings Include Seafood Cioppino

California Pizza Kitchen is celebrating summer with fresh, seasonal offerings like Seafood Cioppino and the California Fields Salad.

To help consumers celebrate summer, California Pizza Kitchen has debuted a seasonal menu filled with premium seafood and fresh berries. One of the stars of the new menu is the Seafood Cioppino, which is a tomato-based seafood stew created on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. The new menu also includes the return of the fan-favorite California Fields Salad. As for drinks, new offerings include the Summer Fruit Sangria and Sparkling Watermelon Cooler. As Brian Sullivan, SVP of Culinary Innovation at CPK, explains, "Two things that immediately come to mind when we hear the words ‘California’ and ‘summer’ are fresh fruits and vegetables and seafood, and that’s what our new summer menu is all about."
