Baja Fresh Just Added a New Sea of Cortez Bowl and Burrito

In an effort to offer consumers some lighter fare for the new year, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has just debuted a new Sea of Cortez Bowl and Sea of Cortez Burrito.

Inspired by the Sea of Cortez in the Gulf of California, both of the new menu items give consumers a delicious way to enjoy grilled wahoo. The Sea of Cortez Bowl features a bed of rice and black or pinto beans, all topped with roasted tomatillo salsa, grilled shrimp, grilled wahoo, roasted veggies, guajillo sauce, green and purple cabbage, guacamole, mango salsa, pickled onions, and cilantro. On the other hand, the Sea of Cortez Burrito features the same blend of seafood and veggies, but all rolled up in a whole wheat or flour tortilla. As April Fogle, Baja Fresh's Brand Leader, explains, "We can’t wait to continue sharing Baja Fresh’s passion for incorporating fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, starting with these new seafood-centric menu items."
