This is a badass teaching device used by dental school students. If it was my first day at dental school and I saw this, I would run away screaming. I have never seen a more hellish head. I mean, it looks like something out of 'Aliens.'

And the most horrific thing is that the aluminum head is life-sized! These dental mannequins are created by Steve Erenberg, otherwise known as Radio Guy.
