Beastly Eco Sculptures

Sayaka Kajita Ganz Uses Found Objects to Create Her Animal Models

Japanese artist Sayaka Kajita Ganz is the queen of found-object animal art. Her upcycled art creations are beyond epic. Her creations, which she has deemed 'Reclaimed Objects Sculptures,' are put together with used garbage, cans, recycling, paper and other kitchen supplies.

Syaka Kajita Ganz melts down and manipulates various utensils, toys and objects to form these sculptural creatures. The sculptures can contain up to 500 pieces of found things and can get up to 8 feet in size. She is not afraid to make her art limitless and create as she feels. Ganz collects most of her objects from around the house, around the city, from charity shops, and from charitable friends and family. The great thing about her sculptures is that they always seem like they are in motion, adding another dimension to these beastly creations.
