Coinciding with the Saint Laurent 2014 Fall collection, Saint Laurent is also releasing a collection of dapper platform footwear. The Parisian fashion house is known for its luxurious styles and these shoes certainly follow suit. However, while they do conform to a dress shoe aesthetic, they are also slightly eccentric.
The line consists of a variety of unique shoes, which incorporate texturized platforms. They have a nonchalant appeal with an edge, which makes them appropriate to wear on any occasion, be it a wedding, a night on the town or a day at work.
Some pairs are capped in all-gold and silver (even the laces) and others are adorned in buckles, studs or leopard fur. They are perfect for those like rockers, who like to have added edge in their classic looks.
