The Rock Lobster 'Lobstah Palooza' Event Brings the Ocean to Toronto

The Rock Lobster 'Lobstah Palooza' event brings the taste of the East Coast right to Toronto with a perfect patio evening.

There are so many food festivals that celebrate the need to enjoy authentic and flavorful eats—Toronto has a couple of its own like Summerlicious and Taste of the Danforth. The August 19, 2012, Lobstah Palooza event is the perfect time for seafood enthusiasts to show their appreciation. Taking place on the 99 Sudbury patio, guests of the event will each get a 1.5 lb market lobster, tons of summer sides, an earful of many live bands and drink tickets for wine, craft beer or cocktail samples. The event will even host a pop-up lobster shack for all those who want to try a succulent lobster roll, and tickets are just $50.

The summer months are winding down, and Lobstah Palooza is a prime opportunity to kick back, crack open a lobster and relax in true Canadian fashion. Check out Rock Lobster's Twitter and Facebook pages for updates.
