The Rinspeed Budii Concept Automates All Aspects of Driving

A future in which the Rinspeed Budii concept dominates the road may not be all that far off. The Swiss company consistently creates quirky and tech savvy cars for auto shows, but its offering for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show is far ahead of its time. The Budii, based off of the BMW i3, is a completely autonomous car that does just about everything you could think of.

The Rinspeed Budii concept takes "smart" to a whole new level, doing the driving and even ordering/paying for coffee and sandwiches. It features a rooftop camera that maps the surrounding area and its functions can be controlled via smartwatch or smartphone. In addition to taking care of the driving it also comes equipped with two personal mobility devices, essentially mini Segways. You can get a sneak peak at the Rinspeed Budii concept before it debuts at the 2015 Geneva Motor show by checking out the video, here.
