Trader Joe's new Riced Cauliflower Bowl is described as "a classic veggie treat made even veggie-er by simply going against the grain." Inspired by dishes found at many vegan restaurants, the bowl start with a bed of riced cauliflower, which is then topped with tofu, red onion, and cubes of sweet potato. A layer of seasoned chickpeas is then added before a finishing touch of sambal oelek red chili paste, tamari soy sauce, and tahini sauce.
