Remotely Adjustable Hearing Aids

The 'ReSound LiNX 3D' Lets Doctors Remotely Tune the Device

The ReSound LiNX 3D from 'GN Hearing' is an app-connected hearing aid that can be adjusted remotely by a doctor or by the user via their smartphone.

It can be time-consuming and frustrating to visit the doctor each time your hearing aid needs to be tinkered with. As a response to this, the ReSound LiNX 3D can be controlled via an accompanying app. After an initial fitting with an audiologist, all future adjustments are made remotely.

The ReSound LiNX 3D uses Binoral Directionality III and Spacial Sense to be up to 50% better at identifying speech in various environments. Users are better able to focus on sound by hearing up to 80% more of the sounds around them and recognize up to 40% more speech than with competitors' products.
