The 20,000 square foot MINI flagship in Toronto breathes new life into the surrounding post-industrial area currently in transition. It features extensive glazing, playful colors and friendly rectangular showroom platforms, with which customers can easily interact from both inside and outside the building.

Mirroring MINI’s fuel-efficient environmental outlook and competitively revving up sustainability standards for auto brands world wide, the MINI flagship features a green roof, a solar thermal hot water system and efficient foamed-in-place insulation system.
