Qeexo Fingersense Technology Senses What Part of the Hand is Making Contact

The evolution of touch has arrived with the Qeexo Fingersense Technology. By using a small acoustic sensor to measure vibrations, it can tell what part of the hand is touching the phone display. An exciting development despite its perceived simplicity, this can usher in a new way to use touch devices. For instance, the Qeexo Fingersense Technology could enable a person to perform different functions using different parts of their hand--a knuckle could result in a right click.

Initially conceived by Chris Harrison, the Qeexo Fingersense Technology has since taken off. Boasting performance that is real-time, low-latency and power efficient, tech companies such as Apple and Microsoft will be clamoring to get their hands on it. Although that means some hardware changes, the promise of more effective touch capabilities is worth it.
