Puppy Tweets is a dog collar from Mattel basically a collar that detects whenever your dog moves or makes a noise. When he/she does one of the two the collar sends a signal to a wireless Usb receiver which then tweets one of 500 pre-loaded phrases. These tweets are cute and puppy oriented.
