Cooking the pancakes in a rice cooker increases the batter's fluffiness to a monumental size rendering it to the shape of a thick cake. While these puffy pancakes taste great in the original flavor batter, you can change it up by adding cocoa powder, chocolate chips, bananas or even savory ingredients.
