Atari's PONG Quest Adapts a 1970s Game for a New Generation

Atari's PONG, a table tennis sports game, was originally released in 1972 and PONG Quest is a new game from Atari that reimages the classic arcade game. The PONG-inspired role-playing adventure introduces players to humanized paddles that can be outfitted with a variety of skins, suits and accessories. In the fun-focused spin on the arcade game, players will progress through a series of themed dungeons, each of which is based on a hit game from Atari such as Asteroids or Centipede. With PONG Quest, players will even be able to participate in a four-player multiplayer mode, which gives them the opportunity to show off their customized creations.

PONG Quest is launching for a variety of gaming systems, including the PS4, Switch and Xbox One, as well as PCs via Steam.
