Paul Davidson Offers Homemade Vintage ‘Pollock’s Kefir' Pop

While DIY is bigger and badder than ever before this season, master pop brewer Paul Davidson from Kutztown, PA decided to bank on the idea by introducing his own nostalgic, retro homemade pop. Known as ‘Pollock’s Kefir Pop,’ the drink is brewed directly in his home town, then shipped out to New York and distributed across the States.

A sweet summer drink, Pollock’s Kefir Pop has a feel good lifestyle as a healthier alternative to conventional sugar-loaded pops with only 40 calories and jam packed with body-friendly ingredients like folic acid, Vit B and K. Similar to Japanese pop ‘Kombucha’—a sweet tea carbonated drink—‘Pollock’s Kefir Pop’ uses a natural fermentation process to fizz up the juice. Currently only in one flavor—ginger pineapple (YUM!)—Paul plans to concoct several other delicious summer tastes like coconut, grapefruit, pear and cranberry. Packaged in cute vintage beer-esq bottles with a blue cat logo, who wouldn’t want to sit on a patio drinking one of these hip babies in 40 degree heat?
