The Plug Lamp by Form Us With Love is the Stockholm-based design studio's response to the growing need for plug-ins. As technology continues to grow and define one's space, it appears that the need for light-sockets and plug-ins is at an all time high. A power bar can help alleviate this dilemma; however, in a room with a lamp, computer, phone, radio, printer, etc. even a power bar can quickly run out of sockets.
The Plug Lamp gives back what it takes. The visually appealing desk-light does require a plug-in in order to illuminate the room but it also contains a socket so that another electricity-dependent gadget may be charged.
According to their website, Form Us With Love "challenges the conventional through design initiatives." The Plug Lamp is aesthetically pleasing and conveniently diverse.
