The software has been developed by Van Dusen, a recent graduate of computer science and electronic media arts and communications and Pauline Oliveros, a musician and arts professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York State.
To play music, you need a webcam, software, and of course a computer. When you look into the webcam, you see a live video of your face through a webcam. The software will track your motions. When you tips your nose, it will place a red box as a mark on a monitor which matches to an onscreen keyboard.
This is a a great innovation for people with physical disabilities.
