Perfect Hydration Alkaline Water Has Announced New Packaging Changes

Perfect Hydration alkaline water is undergoing a packaging change in an effort to help the brand move closer towards its sustainability mission and head into the new year on a new foot. The new packaging will consist of rPET bottles and aluminum cans, which will reduce the need for virgin plastics and shift the brand towards more sustainable packaging options. The rPET bottles and aluminum cans will be rolling out in the first quarter of 2021.

Chief Strategy Officer of Stratus Group Louisa Lawless spoke on the new Perfect Hydration alkaline water packaging saying, "Simply put, consumers can’t get ultra-purified 9.5+ pH alkaline water with electrolytes from their faucets. Perfect Hydration has to be packaged for consumption. However, we have worked intently to optimize our supply chains and packaging to be more sustainable, keeping bottles out of oceans and landfills and reducing the need for new virgin plastic. We are proud to be launching our recycled plastic bottles and aluminum cans at the beginning of 2021. They are a win-win for our discerning consumers who want to achieve better hydration and make more environmentally-friendly purchasing decisions."
