The People's Food Co-Op is exactly what it sounds like: it's a food cooperative that's meant for the people. Not only does it have a retail store where you can buy groceries, it also puts on collective events such as yoga and hosts community meanings like the upcoming super interesting one called, "Strategy: Perspectives on Anarchist Theory Event."
The crew also has a year-round farmers' market on Wednesday afternoons. But what we love especially about the People's Food Co-Op, especially since we're not based in Portland, Oregon, is that their Facebook page posts various menus, like the recent Creamy Cucumber-Avocado Salad Dressing from Sunset Magazine. Yum!
