Wingstop Introduces New Orange Szechuan Chicken Flavor Globally

American fast-food chain Wingstop has expanded its menu by adding a 12th flavor to its wings list: Orange Szechuan. The new Asian-inspired flavor will be offered at all Wingstop's global locations, but only for a limited time.

According to the company, the Orange Szechuan flavor consists of a mix of soy sauce, Szechuan peppers, and mandarin orange, which together create a sweet and spicy taste that will be familiar to any lover of Asian cuisine. In fact, Wingstop decided to launch the new flavor due to consumer demand, who consistently requested Orange as a top flavor request.

"Whether enjoyed alone or as part of a meal with one of our signature sides, like freshly cut seasoned fries, our Orange Szechuan wings and thighs will create a fun new flavor experience. We look forward to offering new and exciting flavors like Orange Szechuan for our guests to enjoy," said Marisa Carona, Wingstop's Chief Growth Officer.
