Ride Share Service Uber Now Offers Rides by Optimus Prime Truck

As part of a promotion for the upcoming Transformers: Age of Extinction summer flick, ride-sharing service Uber just announced that it will now offer pickups by an Optimus Prime Truck in a campaign supported by Paramount Pictures and General Motors.

Although it might seem too good to be true for Transformer fans, Optimus Prime will be available to give people rides, provided he's in the area. When he's not fighting off Decepticons, Optimus will be working his way through Dallas, Phoenix and Los Angeles. There's only one Optimus Prime truck, so there might not be many people who get the chance to take part in this promotion. However, to request a pickup, Uber users can choose the special 'Autobots' option to be one of the lucky ones driven around on a 15 minute experience.
