Gamified Training Programs

'Lush Quest' is an Interactive Story-Based Onboarding Training Program

In order to make the process of onboarding training as engaging as possible, especially for its young staff, Lush Cosmetics used Memset cloud to create an interactive game-like program.

The 'Lush Quest' is styled like a story, which introduces new staff members to the brand and its products. Along the way, there are challenges that can be completed for rewards. At the end of the digital training program, there's a 10-minute quiz that can be completed to test comprehension.

While the gamification of workplace training appeals to young employees, employers also have the benefit of easily being able to track traffic and performance through Memeset's platform. This setup has also allowed the program to be easily adapted for use in other languages and countries.
