Obama's Inaugural Luncheon Shows How Finely Presidents Eat

A President’s Inauguration is a day of tradition filled with ceremonies and symbolism. After the President takes the oath of office, he delivers his Inaugural address and is then escorted to Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol for the Inaugural Luncheon.

What does he eat? The first course is seafood stew paired with a 2007 Sauvignon Blanc from Duckhorn Vineyards in Napa Valley. The second course consists of American birds (pheasant and duck) served with sour cherry chutney molasses sweet potatoes paired with a Goldeneye, 2005 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley. And the third course is apple cinnamon sponge cake and sweet cream glace paired with Korbel Natural "Special Inaugural Cuvee", California Champagne. This would be a good time to read about the prediction of Obama getting fat.
