Chobani Launches Vegan Oat Nog in Time for the Christmas Holidays

Yogurt brand Chobani has announced the launch of its new vegan-friendly Oat Nog. This limited-edition drink intends to replicate the taste and texture of traditional egg nog -- a festive drink enjoyed during the holidays. The new beverage replaces dairy and egg with a whole grain oat formula.

Oat Nog will be available from now through December at prominent retailers throughout North America. The new product will join a batch of other limited-edition festive vegan offerings from Chobani, including Pumpkin Spice Oat Coffee Creamer and Peppermint Mocha Oat Coffee Creamer.

"We’re excited to offer a plant-based option of this favorite, iconic drink," said Peter McGuinness, Chobani President, and COO. According to McGuinness, shoppers can expect a "creamy" beverage that is on par with the real thing.
