88 Acres' Protein Bars are Made with Simple Plant-Based Ingredients

88 Acres got its start in 2015 with a line of snack bars and it is now introducing a range of nut-free protein bars. The new Banana Bread Protein Bars and the decadent Dark Chocolate Brownie Protein Bars are made with a just handful of simple, plant-based ingredients like organic pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, brown rice syrup and other nourishing ingredients that are specific to each flavor.

Unlike many brands that create protein bars with protein isolates, 88 Acres differentiates itself by focusing on whole foods. As 88 Acres co-founder Nicole Ledoux told NOSH, "As we looked at the landscape of protein bars, we personally just were disappointed with the lack of options for a bar that had more than 10 grams of protein—but didn’t use ingredients that we don’t believe in."
