Healthy lifestyles have become a big concern for many people and as a result there have been a lot of new technology such as the Nike+ FuelBand that help people to stay on track and reach their goals.
The Nike+ FuelBand uses a built-in three-axis accelerometer to record all daily activity including running, walking, dancing and more. It then translates this information into NikeFuel, which is a "a normalized score based on oxygen kinetics that awards points equally regardless of physical makeup," according to Uncrate.
The Nike+ FuelBand connects to the NikeFuel website via USB and Bluetooth. The Nike+ Fuelband has integrated red-to-green LEDs along the wristband to indicate where a person is in regards to their goal.
