Nico Therin, a 26-year-old photographer based out of Los Angeles, has a nack for taking simple everyday objects and turning them into pun-filled illustrations. Using clean lines and minimalistic designs, he creates whimsical photos.
He sets up random objects like corks, pills, walnuts and syringes and places them in specific positions to make punny imagery. In an interview with Trendland, he said: "I love the challenge of creating images that are minimalist yet curiously intriguing, and I always tend to lean towards simplicity."
Some of his playful puns include a gun shooting out pink bubble gum, a syringe with coffee beans in it, a first-aide kit that is bleeding and a wine cork wearing a beret.
