These Pink New York Landscapes Were Created by an Italian Designer

Italian graphic designer Paolo Pettigiani's 'Infrared NYC' series features classic photography of the New York Landscape, but with a twist.

The artist took photos of Central Park in New York City -- which is done quite often -- but turned the nature and some surrounding architecture pink with infrared/aerochrome pictures. While professional photographers and tourists alike tend to take similar photos of the park, the beauty captured in these New York Landscapes is unlike most. The bright pink hues, mostly contained in trees, grass and the tops of some buildings, are eye-catching to say the least.

The photographer's scenic and serene photography -- with its vividly pink touches -- puts a new and creative spin on Central Park photography -- making the Infrared NYC series a unique standout.
