In a recent demonstration, MIT researchers unveiled a robot, named Domo, that was able to "identify objects, reach for them and place them on shelves." What sets this robot from the rest is that "Domo can sense its surroundings using a pair of video camera for eyes, which are built into remarkably human-looking eyeballs." These eyeballs were "designed to tune into unexpected motion, allowing it to function within human environments."
