Loylogic and Nescafé Dolce Gusto Launch the 'CLUB' Rewards Program

Loylogic and Nescafé Dolce Gusto have announced a new ‘CLUB’ rewards program based in Brazil. The program will offer Nescafé Dolce Gusto customers the ability to scan their coffee capsules purchased using a native brand app, which they can then turn into points for rewards in the ‘CLUB’ shop. Users can choose between global and local rewards that have been specifically chosen to bolster customer loyalty and engagement.

‘CLUB’ has been implemented into Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Loylogic’s existing rewards program PREMIO, combining the capabilities of both programs to maximize outcomes. The PREMIO program debuted in Europe in 2018 and continues to operate in 12 markets worldwide as a part of Nescafe’s mission to increase brand loyalty.

"Offering short term rewards functions, the program provides a lucrative route to drive loyalty quickly. At the same time, it allows Nescafé Dolce Gusto to directly connect with consumers, enrich customer experience and drive engagement – at a time when fostering meaningful and cost-effective relationships with consumers has never been more important[,]" said Gabi Kool, Chief Commercial Officer at Loylogic.
