Orior Designs the Néad Lounge Series of Furniture

Heritage furniture brand Orior is based in Newry, Ireland and it recently launched the Néad Lounge collection. The brand is inspired by the Irish word 'nestle', and the new collection comprises a sofa and lounge chair.

The structure highlights a large surface area that opens up to a deep seat for users further enhanced by the anthropomorphic element as the elevated armrests lift the soft body closer to the sitter for a warm and close embrace. The base of the chair is made from long timber oak or the option of walnut leaves to support the cushions. Additionally, the cushions are options in boucle and wide corduroy velvet fabrics for a soft feel and pleated texture.
