Malleable Music Posters

Stas Polyakov Makes Art Out of Unforgotten Vinyls

The gallery above features very elegant posters by Russian designer Stas Polyakov. Polyakov distorts shapes to make them as light as air. They simply look like floating vinyls--as if these strange records were made out of veils.

Designer James White also wrote a post about Stas Polyakov on his blog and considers the Russian designer to be a great inspiration.

This series is entitled 'Music requires tender handling.' Truer words were never said.

Implications - This is a fantastic move for all true fans of music history. It's a way to dress up your music, clean up the area you keep it in, and put the proper emphasis on how music should be celebrated, borderline worshipped.
