Laser-Cut Geometry Accessories

Mr.Nico's Facets Jewelry Collection is Origami-Inspired

Much like the traditional Japanese art of paper folding, the Facets Jewelry collection by Mr.Nico highlights 3D geometric forms.

"Mr.Nico is a creative team of two graphic designers, one architect, a copywriter and a fashion designer." The five-person collective aims to challenge traditional design ideals with their intricately crafted and inventive projects.

The studio's fashion designer, Maria Carolina is based in Fano, Italy and is a graduate from the Università Degli Studi Di Ferrara. Playing with angular shapes, the designer creates 2D forms that are laser-cut and constructed into 3D necklaces, bracelets and earring accessories.

The pieces are made out of thin wood materials that are displayed in neutral and colored tones. The sculptural accessories are guaranteed to garner attention and mix artful accents with fashion-forward aesthetics.
