South Korean architect Moon Hoon has created a brave new piece of architecture, which is outlandish, even by the architect's own standards. The building, called ‘Rock it Suda,’ sits high in the South Korean mountains, where it most definitely does not blend in with the scenery.
This space-age design was created for a rock star client, who is a bass player from a Korean band of which the house is named after. The client had asked for a cluster of pensions, which also means weekend house. Hilariously, in Moon Hoon’s architectural plans and notes he does question himself for going too far at one stage.
The building will certainly offer an escape from the busy life of a touring musician, who will be able to relax in the fantastically imaginative individual rooms contained in the ‘Rock it Suda’ house.
