Elborne embarked on the mission of creating packaging that would not require harmful polystyrene as protection. He works with fungi in collaboration with the Caley brothers to create sustainable casings. The new launch aligns with MONC's core values, bringing consciousness, durability, and circularity to the forefront. All of the casings are biodegradable as it is made from mycelium.
